Sineomixx is a mixture of nine different strains of lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria, as well as Streptococcus, in a concentration of 210 billion in each sachet. Together they make up a blend of healthy bacteria which will help to restore the intestinal balance.
Sineomixx® is a newly formulated highly concentrated multi-strain probiotic that will offer a better chance of improving gut health than those which have a lower concentration and are often advertised in the media.

Recommended daily dose
- The recommended daily dose is 1 sachet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Open the sachet and stir the contents into cold water or any cold non-fizzy drink or food and consume immediately. Do not take with hot foods or beverages. Sineomixx® is safe and can be taken for as long as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Side effects
- No side effects have been reported when taking Sineomixx®. When you start taking Sineomixx®, you may experience bloating. This is a natural physiological event as your digestive tract adjusts to the additional bacteria in Sineomixx®.If you experience bloating, you may reduce your daily intake to allow for this adjustment.
Stability and Storage
- Keep refrigerated at 2-8°C and away from light. If stored refrigerated (2-8°C) and unopened, SINEOMIXX® is guaranteed through the best before date. Shelf life is 18 months from the manufacturing date
